Rose Red Embroidered Wool Pincushion

I created this wool pin cushion from repurposed washed and felted hand-dyed wool. The colors are rich and vibrant! A romantic red wool rose with needle-felted soft green leaves sits on top. I embellished it with delicate feather stitching and french knots.

The pin cushion is large - about 5 inches across at its widest point. It has a soft, ovoid shape and is stuffed with new polyester stuffing. It will come with the beautiful pearl headed pins pictured and will be a very handy resting place for any pin, needle, or safety pin you have around, or it can just look beautiful on a side table, shelf, or dresser.
